PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
To submit their rental application online, please click here. The rental application process entails:
- Credit check, employment verification as well as previous residential history.
- Along with the rental application, applicants are required to pay a non refundable application fee, show proof of income (W2, 1099, bank statements, or most recent 30 days pay stub), a copy of a valid identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) and some times, an eviction and criminal report may be required and paid for by the applicants.
- All applicants over the age of 18 must submit a separate application.
To qualify, applicants are required to have an income at least 3 times greater than the monthly rent, have a good credit score, no eviction or recent bankruptcy. Please allow up to 5 days to receive a final decision.
